Farfan and Mendes donates additional supplies to flood relief effort

Andrew Mendes, Managing Director of Farfan and Mendes, today gave the Civil Defence Commission (CDC) six 45 gallon barrels of disinfectant. This is the company’s second donation of disinfectant, aimed at providing relief to the flood affected areas across Guyana. Receiving the supplies was Major Loring Benons, Deputy Director General of the CDC, who thanked the entity for their contribution.

The Private Sector is one of the biggest supporters of relief aid during the current floods and they continue to work with the CDC to ensure all impacted households are catered to.
