The Director General of the Civil Defence Commission (CDC), Lieutenant Colonel Kester Craig, speaks with US Ambassador to Guyana, Ms. Sarah Ann Lynch, and Canadian High Commissioner Mr. Mark Berman at the end of the opening of Exercise Tradewinds 21.
