Kwakwani, Guyana – Neighbourhood Democratic Council Chairman for Kwakwani, Court Simon, today received 800 food hampers from the Civil Defence Commission (CDC). The supplies are part of an ongoing effort to aid the flood affected residents of that community.The Commission, along with other Government agencies, are monitoring the country during this rainy season for flood impacts.
