Staff members of Qualfon Guyana last Friday donated 25 pairs of rainboots and 19 boxes of face masks to the Civil Defence Commission (CDC).
Receiving the items was Director General of the CDC, Lieutenant Colonel Kester Craig, who expressed gratitude for the donation. He indicated that even though we are in the recovery phase of the May-June Flood the supplies will still be useful to those who need them.
Tamika Inniss, the Qualfon University Coordinator from the Qualfon Mission Department, led the donation mission and assured the CDC that her employer will continue to give back to the less fortunate.
