RDC in Region 9 donates to Flood Relief Effort

The Regional Democratic Council (RDC) in Region 9 today handed over a quantity of farine pans and drums to flood impacted farmers in the area. These supplies were given to the Town Council by the Civil Defence Commission (CDC) recently.

The water levels have reduced over the past few days in some areas of Region 9, such as Shulinab, and farmers there can now ramp up their farine production.

The CDC continues to work with local authorities in all areas nationwide to ensure that aid is available for affected residents.
