Region 9 receives additional flood relief hampers

Lethem in Region 9 received 1500 food hampers and 1500 cleaning hampers yesterday. Earlier this month, the Regional Chairman, Mr. Bryan Allicock, received supplies as well, which were distributed to the impacted residents. Parts of the Region are currently inundated with flood waters and some residents have been relocated to a shelter established by the Lethem Town Council.

The CDC continues to provide support to flood affected residents across the Guyana.
