SUBJECT: Flooding in Georgetown – Collapsed of Cummings Canal Koker Door, Kingston Date: March 12, 2013 Period Cover: – From: 12-03 -13, 1600 hours To: 12-03-13 2130 hours EVENTS: At approximately 1630 hours during high tide, the koker door of the Cummings Canal, Kingston collapsed resulting in the inundation of several low lying areas in Georgetown. Areas affected included Kingston, North Cummingsburg and Non Pariel Park.
